Rich Mrazik is an experienced litigator who has successfully taken trucking cases from the initial scene investigation through trial. Rich was part of the Parsons Behle & Latimer trial team that obtained a verdict of over $1.5 million on behalf of a farmer injured in a trucking collision. Rich also led a trial team that obtained a verdict of over $500,000 on behalf of a professional truck driver injured in a collision with another truck. Rich’s expertise related to trucking cases includes evaluating and proving the existence of traumatic brain injuries, developing appeal-proof economic damage models, and helping victims’ family members express their loss. A graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, Rich is committed to community involvement and is proud to serve on the boards of the Utah Avalanche Center, the Utah Bar Foundation, and the Utah Association for Justice.
